Stable 1.6.0 Release Status¶

Status: published and publicly verified. Stable 1.6.0 is the recommended release, containing all accepted changes since 1.5.0. Install from PyPI or use the GitHub release.

The signed tag targets exact main 258c035c22408becf17ab090635710a50dda8ccc. The release evidence records independent exact-commit AI review, all four main workflows, the full local gate, fresh Ubuntu package hashes, genuine personal local-terminal fictional preservation checks, signed publication and public verification. The value-free coverage ledger lists the finite matrix and test cases, versions and record hashes.

The promotion retains the accepted RC5 runtime at 890925afdff68e97cafe38a28605d2874c9dad79. Only release metadata, documentation and the permitted hard-coded version assertion changed; dependencies, executable behavior, schemas, fixtures and workflows did not. DatasetSpec remains 1.1, independent of package 1.6.0.

The fictional transformation/session campaign completed on the final installed stable wheel. Personal consent applies only to the exact reviewed fictional plans. Source-free generation, bounded read-only databases and the prohibition on agent-issued preservation authority remain in force. Provider adapters remain experimental. Historical RC5 Codex/specification evidence retains its own source, artifact and UI/exit observation limits; no fresh stable Codex UI run is claimed. Prior RC3/RC4/RC5 tags and evidence remain immutable. This later documentation commit does not inherit exact-release runtime execution as its own.
